Welcome to Wavy Entertainment. By accessing our services, website, or communicating with us via SMS, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Wavy Entertainment provides professional photography and videography services. All bookings are subject to the specific terms outlined in your individual service contract.
2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting into Wavy Entertainment’s mobile communication, you agree to the following:

- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project. You can expect messages leading up to your shoot date and throughout the editing process.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our business number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at team@wavyent.net.
- Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Final A2P Submission Step
When you fill out the “Terms and Conditions URL” in your registration:
- Post this text on your website.
- Ensure the link works. If the reviewer clicks it and gets a “404 Not Found” page, they will auto-reject you.
- Check for “STOP” and “HELP”: Carriers insist on seeing those specific keywords in your terms. I’ve included them above.
